As your business expands you may out-grow the provisions this budget web solution provides. High bandwidth usage, regular alterations, multiple pages and other factors may mean that you will need an upgrade. Waltonwebs/Clactonwebs fully reserves the right to remove you from the £40 starter scheme and cease your current hosting if necessary. Should this situation arise, it will be pre-discussed and you will be given no less than 30 days notice should you wish to make your own alternative arrangements.

Waltonwebs and Clactonwebs low-cost simple solutions should not be abused. If your needs do not suit we reserve the right to refuse and quote for the correct solution.

Certain webpage amendments will not be charged for, subject to fair use. Link exchanges, telephone number or address changes, and error corrections are free.

The web domain, known also as your website address, does need to be registered/renewed yearly. Current renewal costs are confirmed at the time of each order, you should expect to pay around £10 per year to keep a co.uk domain active. Also if you have individual hosting, this also needs to be renewed annually. We will provide a renewal reminder, but will not pay for you to keep your name. If you fail to renew by the due date we are not responsible if the domain becomes unavailable or taken by someone else.
